Air Conditioner Tips
Keep your air conditioner running smoothly by taking the time each year to check and service your system. It is highly recommended to have a professional clean, service and calibrate your system annually. This will prolong the life of your equipment and reduce operating costs.

| Filter | Change at the beginning of the season. |
| Don’t use pleated cloth-looking filters, as they restrict airflow and cause numerous problems with your system. | |
| Icing | Watch for signs on any lines around furnace or outside unit. |
| Could be from low freon level or air flow problem. | |
| Unit needs to be serviced before expensive parts are burned out. | |
| Outside condensor | Remove/trim any shrubs or tree branches. |
| Keep the outside coils clean. | |
| Thermostat | Keeping your temperature 2 to 3° higher can save almost 10% on your cooling bill. |
