Take the time to go through this quick list each year. Preventive maintenance keeps your drains & plumbing system running smoothly. It also aides in finding and resolving small problems before they become a catastrophe.

• Drains: slow, smelly drains, gurgling noises or drains starting to backup.
• Sinks/bathrooms/showers: watch for stains left behind from a sewer starting to backup.
• Pipes: check drain pipes for signs of leaking or spotting on the floor or roots growing out of the drains.
• Toilets: continually stopping up and in need of augering.
