Last week we noticed a water leak in our basement ceiling. We called a company, the technician there said it was probably coming from somewhere in the first floor and they would have to cut into the wall to locate where it was coming from. I called another company out to double check it. He looked at it and said it would cost from $100.00 to 2,500.00 to locate and repair the leak and that he would have to cut the wall. I didn’t feel very comfortable with this technician. I noticed Time’s ad said they fix “unusual” problems. I called them at 11:00am and they had a technician out at 2:00pm. He looked over the situation and asked a lot of questions. He looked in the 2nd floor bathroom and checked the bathtub to find the faucet was leaking back into the wall. He said it was leaking through the first floor wall and showing up in the basement. He rebuilt the valve and corrected the problem for under $500.00 and no drywall damage! My husband was out of town when my furnace quit working in the midst of a major cold spell. I knew the furnace was very old and called Time for service. They had been recommended to me. Robert came out and checked the furnace recommending replacement. He was very knowledgeable and actually showed me all the areas of the furnace needing repair. While this type of thing was usually my husband’s job, I was quite comfortable with Robert. He installed the furnace same day and it works wonderful. The pricing was fair and straightforward. I had a leak in the pipe on my sewer ejection system. I had another company out who sent a very inexperienced plumber out to fix the problem. She charged me over $1,000.00 for a repair that lasted 2 weeks! I called Time and requested someone extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Kevin was the technician sent to my home. He was great! A true professional and took a lot of pride in his work. He fixed the problem and showed me where the other company had been wrong. “Bob (our technician) should get a raise!” I called Time for a toilet problem. The technician Bob fixed the toilet and checked for gas leaks as he smelled a mild odor. Indeed the furnace had a gas leak which left unnoticed could have drastic consequences. Bob saved my house from blowing up. I have used Time for 12 years and will continue to do so.
