At Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric Inc. we provide heating certifications for realtors and individuals who are selling or buying a home or business in the Denver area. We also provide cooling and electrical certifications.
What can you expect during the certification process?
Our inspections including checking the main control board for the heater or air conditioning system. We also check the heat exchanger to make sure it is in safe working condition. If there are no problems, we will certify that all equipment is safe and in good working condition at the time of inspection. If we do find something wrong during the process, we will note it with pricing for repair. We would be happy to carry out the repair if you would like us to.
When we service residential and commercial heating equipment, including rooftop HVAC equipment, we check and service the draft inducer, flame sensor, igniter, humidifier, and blower motor. We will replace the filter and check the flue pipe, thermostat, pressure switch, high limit control, gas valve, and the main control valve. We then check for gas or carbon monoxide leaks. Once we are finished with the inspection, your heating system will be safe and in good shape for the season.
Our certified technicians service and repair all brands of heating and cooling equipment. However, our main equipment--the ones we highly recommend--are Carrier and Trane.
